
Ceebu yapp (rice with meat) is made of cooked beef with rice and served generally with onion sauce by the side.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 6)

1 kg of rice

500 g of meat

2 onions

5 Tablespoonfuls of peanut oil

Salt, 1 clove of garlic, pepper, bay leaf, fresh and dry chili

“Yet” (Dried snail with a sharp taste)
PREPARATION
1- pour and heat oil in a pot, and brown the meat that is already cut into pieces.
2- add salt, bay leaf, onions, garlic (cut in thin slices) and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, and then put in the “yet” after washing it carefully.
3- add a liter and a half of water and cook the meat for an hour
4 – wash the rice and steam cook or microwave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
5- pound the dry pepper, garlic, onion and green onion and add to the cooking sauce.
6- pour in the pre-cooked rice, cover the pot and let it boil for 20 minutes.
7- serve the rice hot on a plat with vegetables (tomato, pepper, white onion, pickle, olives).
