Le dibi

These are seasoned mutton chops grilled on a wood fire with onions and served with mustard and hot pepper. They are prepared in taverns known commonly as “dibiteries”, coined from the name of the dish. These spots offer a picturesque setting where the Senegalese like to spend time with friends.
