Le Chef de l’Etat a également annoncé la fusion AIBD-ADS avec un redéploiement optimal du personnel. Une fusion motivée par un souci d’efficacité dans la conduite de la politique aéroportuaire du Sénégal.

Créée en 2014, l’Agence Sénégalaise de Promotion Touristique (ASPT) promeut et développe la marque « Destination Sénégal, Pays de la Teranga ». Placée sous la tutelle technique du Ministère du Tourisme et des Transports du Sénégal, l’ASPT a pour mission de renforcer l’attractivité de la destination Sénégal.
